- Environmental Factors: Damage from exposure to direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, humidity changes, or water damage not resulting from a manufacturing defect.
- Modifications: Any alterations or modifications made to the product by the consumer or a third party.
- Natural Variations: Minor variations in color, grain pattern, or texture inherent in wood, veneers, laminates, or other materials.
- Products Sold "As-Is": Items sold as final sales, clearance items, samples, demos, or floor models.
