Order processing
When you place and confirm an order on our website, our fulfillment center immediately processes your order to get your product delivered asap. Generally, Most orders are processed for shipment or leave our warehouse within 3 business days after your order confirmation date. Our warehouses are located in the USA (East, Central, and West). You can enjoy a fast delivery service.

>> P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses is not available.
Order Tracking
When your orders are shipped out, we will update the tracking number on our website. And we will send you an email include your tracking number and how to track the order status and shipping information of your package. Please note: generally there is a time gap between when we send you the tracking number and when the carrier updates the status online. you also can click the section "Track Your Order" at the footer.
